Marco Island Cottage
Nestled at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac street, this cozy cottage has amazing wide open water views. Our lush tropical garden features a koi pond (currently drained), surrounded by palm trees. A short walk, or cycle to the Residence Beach. With approximate 2,000 square feet of well appointed and comfortable living space, this is one of Marco Island’s best.
This spacious 2 story home offers guests a 360 degree wrap around deck upstairs, as well as, a full lanai on the first floor main level, taking full advantage of great views! The waterfront cottage has been completely renovated and professionally decorated with all new furniture and appliances. The main part of the house has a well-supplied kitchen. Our wet bar is a perfect gathering area to have a drink and watching your favourite programs on our 51' HD TV. While enjoy your dinner, don't forget watching the beautiful sunset and returning fishing boats passing by. A welcoming living room has a great view of the water as well as our tropical garden. It also has a wood burn fireplace to keep you cozy and comfortable.
There are three bedrooms on the main floor. The master suite has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. The private master bath features a double sink vanity with level three granite counter top. It has a shower and separate soaking jet tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, the other, two twin size beds. These bedrooms share a full bath with a Key West style vanity. One of the guest bedrooms has a private access to the upper warp around deck.
While you lounge on the deck, or swim in the pool, don’t forget our large newly built dock which extends 30 feet into the water. It is a perfect place to bath in the sun. There are variety of fish live under the dock. If you are lucky, you may even see dolphins swimming by. The Cottage is close to beach, restaurants, shopping and all Marco Island has to offer. This quiet and peaceful setting is your true tropical paradise.
